Shipping Schedule

• We ship live corals Monday through Wednesday to minimize the risk of weekend delays.

• Orders placed after Wednesday afternoon will be shipped the following week to ensure the best possible arrival condition.

Shipping Process

• All corals are carefully packed with insulated materials, along with heat or cold packs depending on the weather.

• Corals are shipped via overnight express to ensure they spend minimal time in transit.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Live Arrival Guarantee

• We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all live coral shipments.

• In case of any issues, customers must notify us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the unopened coral packaging.

Important Shipping Notes

• Someone must be present to receive and acclimate the corals upon delivery.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages left outside after delivery.
